Give your team the tools and support they need to thrive, ensuring a healthier and more productive workplace.

Safe, collaborative and empathic space where you can improve your wellbeing and the quality of your life.
You don’t need to wait for things to go wrong to implement change Imagine if instead you could close your laptop and switch off while on holiday.
Working in the NHS, Natalie saw first-hand how long people had to wait for the therapy they needed. That's what pushed her into private practice, and not long after, she and James founded The London Wellbeing Clinic together. Over the years, something kept coming up: clients would arrive stressed and worn down by their jobs, and more often than either of them expected, they'd end up leaving those jobs altogether. That's what led to the company culture and workplace side of what we do now.

Whether we're working one-to-one with an individual, or embedded in a business through the Resident Therapist Programme, the same principle sits underneath everything: it works best as a 50/50 partnership. We bring our training and clinical experience; you, or your team, bring your own expertise on what's actually going on. Neither half works without the other.
For an individual, that means therapy shaped around you, not the other way round. For a business, it means we get to know your team and how you actually work before we decide what support looks like.
And we won't pretend it's always a comfortable cup of tea and a chat. Sometimes our job is to hold up a mirror, or sit with someone in something genuinely difficult. Natalie's trauma training means she isn't afraid to go there - clients tell her that's exactly what they needed: someone willing to stay in the room for the hard stuff, not just the easy parts.
We think it matters that you know us as people, not just practitioners. Natalie loves to dance, paint, and read, and is always up for trying something new - this year it's roller skating. James is a keen fitness competitor, taking part in Blaze tournaments with David Lloyd that have taken him all over the world. Together, we're proper outdoors people - you'll usually find us out on a hike when we get the chance.
It’s not easy to be vulnerable, especially in the workplace, so it’s our job to care, understand and listen, knowing no two people are the same.
Psychotherapy is fundamentally relational. We provide real, consistent psychotherapists whom people can know, trust and speak to - not faceless or automated support.
Whilst our job is mainly about listening, we want people to see that the brand is about the whole community, not just specific groups.
