Online Therapy
We have been providing Online Therapy for several years, and during the COVID-19 crisis we had moved all services online. We are now delighted to welcome people back face to face, however understand that for many people they would like to continue working online.
We understand that for some online therapy is great, especially those who are tight with time, and are used to having online meetings. However, for others, the thought of having therapy online can make them a little nervous. We have lots of advice about how to look after yourself and get the best out of online therapy here.
We work with clients who book privately and pay their own fees, and with clients who come to us and pay via their Insurance Provider. We are currently affiliated with Bupa, Aviva, Axa, Vitality (previously Pru Health), Vita Health, Cigna and WPA. If you don’t see your insurance provider below, still get in touch - we may still be able to work with your provider.
If you would like to book in for a session of therapy, please get in touch via the contact form below. We aim to get back to you within 48 hours. We will then call you for a brief telephone consultation prior to the appointment so we can ensure that online therapy is right for you and to answer any questions you may have.
